If the max loss ends Phase 1, you can start Phase 1 again for free, once per purchase. Start the retry within 14 days. There is no time limit on the retry. It is not available after a daily-loss breach, or after breaking the news, max-risk or weekend rules. There is no separate fee back on the retry.
